Services
Pronotez offers documentation services for TCMs and behavioral health agencies, including the preparation of progress notes and open binders.

• Progress notes are charged at $1 per unit, based on the client's weekly workload.

• Open binders are charged as an additional service at $50 per customer.

Customer obligations
The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information for the preparation of documents. Pronotez is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

Payments
All payments must be made according to the prior agreements established with the client. Prices may be updated, but will always be communicated before any service is performed.

Limitation of liability
Pronotez is committed to delivering accurate, high-quality documents. However, it is not responsible for rejections or revisions resulting from internal supervisory or agency policies, or when the information provided by the client is incorrect or incomplete.

Intellectual property
All website content, including text, logos, and designs, is the property of Pronotez and may not be reproduced without authorization.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Pronotez may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting on this page.
