I started this business four years ago after becoming aware, through acquaintances with TCMs, of a major documentation problem. I saw how the tedious and time-consuming work of progress notes meant TCMs could spend less time with their clients and less energy pursuing new cases. I also noticed that the quality of the notes was affected by the lack of clear Medicaid rules, the limited training available, and, in many cases, the TCMs' English level.

With this reality in mind, I set out to learn everything necessary to perfect this process, and over the years, I've turned that idea into my passion: creating accurate, professional, and Medicaid-compliant documentation that frees TCMs from the administrative burden. Today, with Pronotez, I continue to work dedicatedly to offer a reliable service that allows TCMs to focus on what really matters: their clients.
