PDF assembly or upload to your system: We organize and upload all your notes in the format you need, ready for review. (PDF, Excel, CRM such as Cedrus, Lauris, Office Puzzle, etc.)
Reject Correction: If a supervisor rejects a note, we correct it at no additional cost.
7-Day Support: We're available all week to answer your questions and make sure your progress notes are ready on time.

Open Binders:

Opening Document Preparation (Open Binder): We organize and complete all of your clients' initial documentation, ensuring that the opening process meets Medicaid and your agency's requirements.
Reject Correction: If a supervisor rejects the open, we correct it at no additional cost.
7-Day Support: We're available all week to answer your questions and make sure your documents are ready on time.

Prices:

Progress Notes

We charge $1 per unit for progress notes. Example: 100-unit bill = $100. This includes note preparation, PDF assembly or upload to your system (Cedrus, Lauris, Office Puzzle, etc.), and reject correction at no additional cost.

Open Binders

Simplify your client management with our Open Binders service, priced at $50 per client. Enjoy organized and accessible client information instantly.
